How do I book a shoot?

Booking is easy! Visit our online booking portal, select your services, enter the property details, and choose an available appointment.

For larger properties or custom productions, contact us for a personalized quote.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your preferred shoot date, especially during the busy spring, summer, and fall seasons.

Our online calendar shows current availability. If you're working with a tight deadline, contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate it.

Can I book multiple services together?

Absolutely! Photography, drone imagery, video, Matterport, and floor plans can all be scheduled for the same appointment.

Combining services makes the process more efficient and gives you a complete media package for your property.

How much do your services cost?

Pricing varies depending on the property's size, location, and the services selected.

You can explore pricing and customize your package through our online booking portal.

Larger estates and custom productions may require an individual quote.

02 / Preparing for Your Shoot

How should I prepare the property?

For the best results, the property should be completely photo-ready before our arrival.

  • Clean and declutter all rooms
  • Make beds and arrange furniture
  • Clear kitchen and bathroom countertops
  • Remove personal items and trash bins
  • Check that light fixtures have working bulbs
  • Move vehicles away from the property
  • Prepare landscaping and outdoor spaces
  • Secure pets during the appointment

Please complete cleaning and staging before the scheduled appointment.

Do I need to be present during the shoot?

Not necessarily! As long as we have clear access instructions and the property is ready, our team can complete the appointment without you being there.

Please provide any important instructions or special requests when booking.

How long does a shoot take?

Duration depends on the property's size and the services booked.

A standard photography appointment may take around 1–2 hours, while larger properties or productions involving multiple services may require several hours.

What happens if the property isn't ready?

Properties should be fully prepared before our arrival. If an appointment must be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled because the property isn't ready, additional fees may apply.

Please let us know as early as possible if you anticipate any issues.

03 / Weather & Scheduling

What happens if it rains?

We monitor weather conditions and make every effort to deliver beautiful results.

Light rain or overcast skies may still allow interior photography. Severe weather that makes a shoot unsafe or impractical can be rescheduled without a weather-related fee.

Can you fly a drone at every property?

Drone services are available at most properties, provided that weather, airspace regulations, and local restrictions allow safe operations.

We'll discuss alternatives when drone flights aren't possible.

What is your cancellation policy?

We recommend providing at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Changes within 24 hours may incur a $75 fee. Cancellations within two hours of an appointment, or properties that are not ready, may incur a $75 fee plus 25% of the booking amount.

Severe weather cancellations are handled separately without a weather-related fee. Please review our Terms of Service for complete details.

04 / Delivery & Editing

How quickly will I receive my media?

Typical turnaround estimates are:

  • Photography: 1–3 business days
  • Video: 1–4 business days
  • Matterport and floor plans: 1–3 business days
  • Virtual staging: approximately 3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and production volume. Please let us know about any upcoming listing deadlines before booking.

How will I receive my media?

Your completed media is delivered through a private online property gallery, where you can preview and download your files.

Files are provided in formats appropriate for MLS, websites, social media, and other applicable marketing platforms.

Can I request changes to my photos or videos?

Of course! Please communicate any specific preferences or creative direction before your appointment whenever possible.

Additional retouching, object removal, and video revisions beyond the original scope may incur an editing fee.

Can you virtually stage a property?

Yes! We offer virtual staging, object removal, and photo enhancements.

Virtually altered images may require disclosure when used in real estate listings, depending on applicable MLS rules.

05 / Payments & Media Usage

When is payment due?

Payment is due when your completed media is delivered.

You can preview your property gallery and complete payment securely online to unlock your downloads.

Alternative payment arrangements must be approved in advance.

Can I use the photos and videos on social media?

Absolutely! Your media can be used to market your listing across MLS, social media, brokerage websites, email campaigns, and other approved advertising channels.

Can someone else use the photos?

Our media is licensed to the purchasing client for the agreed-upon use.

Third parties, including designers, builders, property owners, and other agents, may need a separate license for their own marketing.

Contact us to discuss additional licensing options.
